IFT’s Radar for Counter Unmanned Aircraft System
A high performance, low SWaP radar system that can be mounted on a group 1 or 2 UAS for counter-UAS applications, on forward observation missions. IFT’s innovative radar structure allows the Tx and Rx antennas to co-exist on a small platform without degrading the radar long range performance. With relatively low output power, after applying advanced , power efficient data processing, the airborne radar system can detect a small UAS (-18dBsm RCS) at 1000m distance and track 4 UAS targets simultaneously.
-Chirp LFMCW Radar on UAS
-Detect and track multiple airborne targets
-Real-time communication with ground user
