IFT attended the IEEE Washington DC/North Virginia Section AES Chapter Technical Meeting. Prof. Nikhil Chopra gave a talk on “Distributed Learning with Communication Delays.” This presented an overview of the passivity framework and its application in distributed coordination. We then address a class of distributed optimization problems in the presence of interagent communication delays based on passivity.
