IFT was awarded an NGA SBIR Phase I contract regarding VNIIRS Ground Truth Experiment Assisted by Video Tagging and Interpretability Rating (VTIR) Toolkit. IFT will produce an automated VNIIRS assessment system based an innovative object to video matching idea.
