In this proposal, we propose to implement and evaluate a distributed heterogenous data fusion approach for improved object detection, classification, and identification (DCI) based on our newly developed joint sparsity support recovery and joint manifold learning approaches. This implementation and evaluation will be conducted on a group of drones as well as a ground station (a laptop PC) to verify the on-device decentralized object classification solution.
