Professor Y. Rosa Zheng gave a talk regarding “Research Progress in Wireless Communication and Compressive Sensing” at IFT. Rosa is the Wilkens’ Missouri Telecommunications Chair Professor at the Dept. of ECE, Missouri University of Science and Technology, Rolla, MO. Her research interests include array signal processing, wireless communications, and wireless sensor networks. She serves as Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Oceanic Engineering. She is the recipient of an NSF CAREER award in 2009. She has been an IEEE fellow and a Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Vehicular Technology Society since 2015.
