IFT attended a two-day workshop “IEEE Cognitive Communications For Aerospace Applications Workshop” on June 27-28, 2017 at the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, OH. The workshop brought together academia researchers, engineers, industry personnel, and government agencies to discuss and present their recent advancements and future interest in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning with applications toward the development of cognitive communication systems for aerospace.
IFT had three presentations titled, Smart Antennas Design for Real-Time Multi-Channel Power Spectral Density Estimation and Target Localization”, “Cognitive Radio Testbed for Beamforming Network of Satellite Communication”, and “A Game-Theoretic DRA Approach for Improved Spread Spectrum frequency Hopped Waveforms Performance in the Presence of Smart Jammers”
